Go Shopping Online and Help Bike to the Sea

When you go shopping online at Amazon, please use this link and the company will donate .5 percent of the purchase price to Bike to the Sea.

It’s part of the AmazonSmile program, which allows you to support Bike to the Sea when you shop. Bike to the Sea has been part of this program for a few years and these donations are starting to add up but more money is needed.

The money you donate by shopping via this link will help Bike to the Sea with its core mission which is to create an off-road bike and pedestrian path that runs through Everett, Malden, Revere, Saugus, and Lynn to Nahant Beach.

Work is being done to extend the trail from the Saugus/Lynn line through Lynn and is expected to be complete with a couple of years. The organization is also working on paving segments of the trail that are still unpaved in Revere and Saugus. And work is also being done to extend the trail from Everett to Boston.

Eventually, this trail — called the Northern Strand Community Trail — will be part of the Eastcoast Greenway, which will run from Maine to Florida.
