The forthcoming Somerville Community Path extension and Mystic River Paths all end in the eastern part of Somerville, but they do not meet. Crazy, we know!
Friends of the Mystic to Charles will host a walking tour to explore a proposed connection between Assembly Sq, Sullivan Sq and the forthcoming Green Line Extension’s East Somerville stop to help unite the two regional paths. The connection could unlock off-street walking, riding, and wheeling between an amazing number of destinations. A taco party at Taco Loco on Broadway will follow. Duration will be approximately 2 hours.
