Give input on the plan by July 27
The Boston Region MPO released the draft Vision Zero Action Plan for a 30-day public review period, ending at 5:00 PM on Sunday, July 27, 2025.
The Action Plan identifies transportation safety issues through a data-driven and community-based approach, serving as a roadmap for the 97 communities in the region to implement policies and projects that align with the goal of reaching zero deaths and serious injuries on our roadways.

Transportation safety is an essential focus of the Boston Region MPO and one of the major goals identified in the MPO’s Long-Range Transportation Plan, Destination 2050. The Vision Zero Action Plan will address the safety-related needs identified in Destination 2050 and serve as a roadmap for the 97 communities in the region to implement projects that align with the goals of Vision Zero.
