Program Sponsorships
Bike to the Sea advocates for and manages different types of programs throughout the year that aim to benefit the communities we serve North of Boston. We offer sponsorships for each program listed below, and can assure sponsors that 100% of their sponsorship donation will go to whichever program they choose. Any donation amount is accepted, and we will be sure to put program sponsor names on marketing materials we create concerning each program.
Trail Cleanups – Waste and Invasive Plants
- every year we host several solo or group cleanup events along the path
- currently our cleanups only target waste on the trail but we plan to hold future invasive removal cleanups in the future
Trail Extensions
- we consider the Northern Strand the “backbone” of future trails in the region
- we are actively advocating for future trail extensions in our various communities
- each trail extension is at a different stage – some are purely conceptual, some have community feedback, some are moving towards feasibility studies…
Current Sponsors
Trail Wayfinding
- we plan to add more bike/ped wayfinding to town centers, roads, and other paths near the Northern Strand trail
- sponsors would fund cost of advocacy, materials, and installation
